Accountabilities:
- Design and enhance global HR processes to align with organizational strategy, collaborating across functions and departments.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and standards, ensuring global implementation through applicable systems.
- Monitor and optimize the quality of HR data, addressing issues and aligning with global standards.
- Capture and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to improve HR processes and training programs.
- Integrate Lean methodologies to streamline HR processes, focusing on efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HRIT and regional teams to ensure support through appropriate technology solutions.
- Establish critical metrics and SLAs to measure HR process effectiveness and oversee adherence to governance practices.
- Analyze performance data to identify and implement efficiency enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
- Lead efforts to ensure HR processes meet strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Process Design and Implementation: Develop standardized HR processes across the global organization for consistency and efficiency.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, including data privacy and AI governance.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamline HR processes, reduce costs, and improve employee experience through initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead change efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and regularly monitor process performance for data-driven decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining updated documentation and training materials.

- Global Perspective: Experience with diverse, global teams and aligning HR processes for varied cultural needs.
- Change Leadership: Inspire change and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Digital HR Expertise: Apply digital HR trends and technologies to enhance processes and experiences.

- Effective Communication: Convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
- Data Privacy and Security: Knowledge of best practices for data privacy and security within HR systems.
