Brand manager
The primary responsibility in this role is to support our brand in meeting its business objectives by developing, executing and implementing strategic plans and activities with a patient centric approach. You will also:
- Developing a Winning Brand Strategy: One of the primary responsibilities of a brand manager is developing a robust brand strategy by setting clear brand objectives, identifying target markets, and establishing effective positioning, brand managers lay the foundation for success. Careful analysis of market research data enables them to gain valuable insights into customer needs and competitor activities, allowing them to craft strategies that resonate with their target audience.
- Analyzing the Market and Driving Performance: to stay ahead of the competition, brand manager continuously has to monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities. By conducting thorough market analysis and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), they gain insights into brand performance to make data-driven decisions, identify opportunities, and address challenges promptly, ensuring the brand's sustained growth and success
- Collaboration for Success: The brand manager works closely with internal departments, including sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. This collaboration involves providing training and support to the sales team, aligning messaging, and leveraging cross-functional expertise to maximize brand performance.
- Develop & implement local communication campaigns and materials in partnership with alliance stakeholders. Effective Brand Promotion: Brand manager is responsible for driving product awareness, increasing market share, and achieving sales targets through strategic brand promotion to develop and implement promotional campaigns tailored to their target audience, utilizing various channels such as advertising and digital marketing. By engaging healthcare professionals and creating compelling marketing materials, brand manager generates brand loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Develop ideas, materials and activities that contributes to patients' care and improves treatment pathways.
- Work in close cooperation with the sales team to support critical metrics and objectives within the therapy area.
