In this role, you will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition initiatives, supporting key development programs, and facilitating internal assessments. Accountabilities:

• Co-own the execution excellence of Talent Development initiatives. Manage databases, oversee communications, conduct analyses, and ensure follow-up and adherence to deadlines.

• Provide support to Inclusion & Diversity Program and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as needed to promote an inclusive workplace.

• Collaborate with HRBPs to refine recruitment strategies for D-level roles and assess candidate fit. Ensure assessment processes align with company standards and objectives.

• Co-lead internal assessment processes, including scheduling, validation, and compliance monitoring.

• Support data collection, analysis, and assessment processes for in-market and above-market programs.

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, or a related area.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with database management and Excel preferred.

• Proficiency in assessment tools and recruitment software is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
