Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing recruitment NEMAG Talent acquisition strategies in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Will involve proactive activity anticipating talent needs, developing, and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.
Typical Accountabilities
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Astrazeneca NEMAG
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Identify and engage with top talent using various recruitment tools and methodologies, such as LinkedIn, ATS, and CRM.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
- Coordinate and participate in interview processes with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and benchmark competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Implement innovative recruitment techniques and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a similar industry.
Essential Skills
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent French Command
- Proficiency in direct search methodologies and recruitment tools.
- Experience in executive-level recruitment and market mapping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proactive and resilient approach to overcoming obstacles.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working in a large global matrix organization.
- Multilingual capabilities to support a global marketplace.
- Experience in executive search environments is highly desirable
