What you’ll do

Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy on medical project, mainly focusing on raising awareness, improving screening rate and ultimately, improving patients’ outcomes in respiratory diseases.

This role works closely with field-based customer-facing roles in Medical Affairs (e.g., Medical Science Liaison) and x-functional team (e.g. sales representatives and first line sale managers) to implement activities and campaign for Respiratory therapeutic area.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Co-design and execute a comprehensive early detection program for targeted communities in respiratory area.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and patient advocacy groups to develop and deliver educational materials and outreach programs.
  • Identify and implement effective screening methods for respiratory disease within community settings.
  • Manage project budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Share and update the project progress with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific advancements in asthma/COPD diagnosis and treatment.
  • Represent at relevant scientific conferences/ events relating to respiratory diseases.
  • Support to conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential early detection strategies, including new technologies, screening tools, and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guideline.
  • Compliance with relevant company and industry code of Conduct and also to comply with local country codes.
  • Require extensive travelling.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical marketing for ethical product, (respiratory is preferred) with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Desirable

  • MBA in relevant field
  • Experience in Insight/Market Research
  • Excellent understanding of COPD, including its diagnosis, treatment, and impact on patients.
  • Experience working with community organizations and patient advocacy groups (a plus).
