Product Manager - GYN & GU Oncology - CZ & SK

Introduction to role

Join us as a Product Manager in our Oncology Business Unit where you will manage the commercial strategy for dedicated product brands. This role will cover the Czech and Slovakian markets with a focus on our Gynecological and Genitourinary Oncology portfolio. An outstanding opportunity to shape the brand planning process and implement marketing activities that drive the success of our oncology products and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives!

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for crafting and managing marketing product strategies based on deep therapy area and product knowledge. Consolidate sales, access, and medical inputs to build the brand plan, identifying key business drivers and detailing commercial tactics. Lead regular brand meetings to monitor product performance and performance indicators. Strong cooperation with commercial sales teams in both markets (CZ and SK). Knowledge of market specificities. Bring new fresh ideas coming from cross-functional discussion with Medical, Market Access and Sales colleagues. Additionally, you will maintain trustful and mutually beneficial relationships with selected Key external experts within the therapeutic area.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Proven pharmaceutical industry experience

• Stakeholder management skills (healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders)

• An understanding of Marketing Planning process, Forecasting, Budgeting, Market Researching as part of cross-functional teamwork

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Essence of adaptability to changes in competitive market conditions

• Understanding the needs of HCPs, patients and payers

• Aligning activities with brand strategy and business goals

• English skills (minimum B2)

• Driving license

• Therapy Area knowledge is an advantage
