Brand Manager (Respiratory & Immunology)

Location: Brussels (Groot-Bijgaarden)

Introduction to role:

Are you ready to be the driving force behind the marketing activities for our R&I product at a national level? As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing lead. Your role will also encompass the operational execution of the marketing mix and tactics, including digital channel solutions, sales activities, and promotional materials. This is your chance to reinvent the patient journey and bring it to life!

Accountabilities:

As the Brand Manager, you will be encouraged to be the product, competitor, and market expert of the assigned brand. You will drive the brand amongst office and field colleagues as well as external customers to ensure the Brand Plan delivers crucial short-term growth and long-term brand success. You will also collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Lead to develop a tailored and successful local brand strategy aligned with the global strategic brand plans and local customer/market insights.

Crucial Skills/Experience:

  • You already have a first experience as brand manager in a pharma company
  • Budget management / project management / omnichannel experience
  • Experience in Insight / Market Research & brand forecasting
  • Education in a Scientific Field or related
  • Languages: Bilingual (English and French/Dutch)

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Sales experience or customer facing role
  • Understanding of the development of the pharmaceutical products in Be-Lux
  • Launch experience
  • Trilingual (English/French/Dutch)
