Introduction to role:
Transform analysis into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
Lead analytics to provide market, customer, and competitor insights that inform top-level decisions on our oncology assets.
Navigate ambiguity to frame critical business questions and derive actionable insights.
Develop revenue forecasts and facilitate investment decisions with clear, robust methodologies.
Foster collaboration and challenge assumptions to derive the best team outcomes.
Accountabilities:
Conduct strategy-shaping analysis from diverse sources to inform business decisions.
Innovate market research and analysis to generate evidence-based insights.
Lead product/brand forecasting and market research interpretation.
Present analyses persuasively to drive alignment among brand leaders.
Collaborate with colleagues and agencies for comprehensive competitive analysis.
Build productive relationships with market insights leads to bolster understanding.
Lead KPI development and in-market performance analysis for growth opportunities.
Support licensing and business development where applicable.
Essential skill/experience:
Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics or a commercial-retated field (advanced degree preferred, e.g. PhD, MBA)
7+ years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, advisory firm or investment bank
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical forecasting
Experience in the use and manipulation of real-world data sources
- Strong understanding of market research principles and pharmaceutical data sources
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $181,503 to $272,255. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
