Associate Director, Insights & Analytics - US Oncology, Hematology

As the Associate Director, Insights & Analytics - US Oncology, Hematology, you will be the go-to expert for advancing our U.S. Oncology portfolio's commercial effectiveness. By collaborating closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams, you'll design and execute innovative analytical solutions to address critical business questions, maximizing our brand impact and supporting new launches.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a quantitative field (e.g.,Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Operations Research)
3+years of experience at a pharmaceutical / biotechnology manufacturer or working in the biopharmaceutical industry (e.g., data/analytics, management consulting, market research, investment banking)
4+ years of analytics, statistics, or data science experience, including hands-on analysis and leading projects combining the analysis of others
Deep expertisewith multiple APLD sources (Claims, Electronic Health Records) and the industry standard secondary patient-level data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.); highly knowledgeable about capabilities ofdifferent sources
Strong expertise in a least one data analysis language (SQL, R, Python), with at least intermediate experience in SQL specifically
Direct experience with implementing BI visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Experience providing regular guidanceand directing the analytics work of more junior colleague
Demonstrated excellent skills in collaborating with and communicating results to end user clients/stakeholder
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Quantitative Degree in a related subject (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering, or Economics) or Advanced Marketing Degree (e.g., MBA)
