IT Business Systems Analyst (Global Supply Chain)

Principal Responsibilities

  • They facilitates the implementation and support Global Supply Chain process to improve the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Be the IT link for key business Global Supply Chain processes/projects streamlining the End to End data management.
  • Represent IT on all Integration projects, ensuring that IT is aware of all project objectives, dependencies, and the work you'll be doing.
  • Helps develop, maintain and assess internal controls related to order management and revenue reporting systems
  • Recommend changes in processes and/or policies that identify and utilize technologies that will provide Supply Chain efficiencies.
  • Develop clear policies governing each activity within the IT Global Supply Chain Function.
  • Develop clear processes and related documentation for the IT Global Supply Chain function, supported by offshore shared service location.
  • Implement key controls in support of IT Global Supply Chain activities, applied consistently on a global basis
  • Define KPI’s for IT Global Supply Chain activities with standard monthly reporting, supported with standard SLA’s
  • Enhance systems in conjunction with conjunction with other IT functions to streamline Supply Chain activities on a global basis
  • Partner with IT Teams, Manufacturing and other teams to resolve Supply Chain issues on a regular basis
  • Developed supporting materials to drive the identification, communication and implementation to support an enhanced Employee End User Experience
  • Drive/Support new & existing Technology adoption
  • Deliver Technology enhancements in accordance with Alexion IT Standards & Procedures.
  • Support the maintenance, cleansing and harmonization of Master Data

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Candidate will possess 1-3 years relevant technical experience supporting medium to large client environments.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations.
  • Must have direct experience working with senior level employees.
  • Good interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
  • The individual in this position is expected to represent Alexion Pharmaceuticals interests, objectives and policies in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Experience working with data modelling and BI (Business Intelligent) tools and application EG: Power BI, Tableau, Smart Sheet, Qlik etc.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
