Brand Expansion Specialist

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to project manage and successfully coordinate the launch activities for assigned new product country extensions. The role has a global focus, and as such requires a strong ability to work across all areas of the business, with stakeholder communication a priority. In addition, the role will also support other supply chain services packaging change projects as required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Project management of assigned product launches globally

• Project management of assigned packaging change projects

• Manage multiple launch projects simultaneously

• Project management of ad hoc supply operations projects

• Establish detailed project plans, identifyingand managing project dependencies and critical path. 

• Risk and Issue Management

• Matrixed resource management

• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders so that assigned projects are implemented successfully.

• GMP Change Control management

• Support process improvement initiatives to ensure the NPI launch process is scalable to account for future demands.

EssentialQualifications

• Project management experience in Pharmaceutical or related environment

• Proventrack record of leading complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in supply chain or a product supply/management function

• Capability to lead and manage teams in a matrixed environment

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of GMP

• Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft project 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A self-starter with a drive for improvement and compliance

• Team player

PreferredQualifications

• Formal PM certification

• Degree level educated or equivalent Qualification

• Experience in product serialization
