We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support in the build of a new Hub in Dubai for our International Commercial business area.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will focus on hiring senior talent for AstraZeneca's International Commercial Hub based in Dubai. You will act as a true recruiting business partner and advisor, managing the end-to-end recruitment journey. This involves creating, proposing, and executing our talent acquisition strategies to successfully hire senior and executive talent for our International Commercial business unit, while embracing new transformative technologies to ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. This role is based in Dubai, reporting into the Global TAq Deployment organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners, Global Talent Acquisition Leads, and Senior Business Leaders.
- Participate in and lead hiring strategy meetings to design and agree on attraction, assessment, and hiring approaches.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Build strong pipelines aligned with future skill needs, leveraging data insights to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and facilitating international relocation / global mobility for various roles across AstraZeneca's UAE business units.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build authentic relationships with employees, candidates, and hiring managers, providing expertise and guidance at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Conduct educational sessions for hiring managers and teams to enhance cultural awareness, recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Technology and Innovation:
- Embrace and maximize the use of AI-driven technology and tools to enhance speed and equity in the recruitment process.
- Participate in local or global projects to elevate talent attraction, assessment, and candidate experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
- Significant experience in full lifecycle recruitment services across multiple countries.
- Expertise in driving talent attraction, assessment, and offer management.
- Impactful communicator, demonstrating the abilityto influence senior stakeholders by understanding their people priorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing and optimizing ATS systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn) and talent insight tools.
- Data-drivenusing insights to shape strategies and showcase successes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
Desirable Requirements:
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Experience recruiting within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
