Accountabilities:
As the Senior Manager, you will lead our highly skilled SAP team, ensuring delivery targets are met for both BAU and project delivery. You will work as part of our global SAP team, fostering excellent stakeholder management with other IT groups and business stakeholders. You will take ownership of capability management and people management for the functional areas of SAP MM, WM, EWM. Your role will also involve working closely with GITC Guadalajara, Mexico and hub teams at UK and Kuala Lumpur.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Overall, 10 - 15 years of experience with SAP or other ERP and worked in a similar capability of leading a team of 30+ staff.
- Strong knowledge in any one of the SAP functional modules like SAP MM, WM, EWM is required.
- Experience managing capability and people in a large matrix setup organization with complementary teams.
- Good experience working with senior leaders across business and IT communities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving.

Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in the Pharma Industry practices.
- S/4 HANA Implementation experience.
- Knowledge on EML, SAP Activate Methodologies, SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA, Jira and Solution Manager. 
- SAP S/4HANA Certification in one of the SAP functional modules like SAP MM, EWM.
