Are you ready to delve into intellectually stimulating work? We are looking for a Senior Manager for Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing. This role is recognised as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the region of operation, leading on employer brand initiatives and all elements of externally focused Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing activities in line with Global EBRM CoE guidelines. You will be responsible for creating attraction strategies for critical hiring across all key locations, coordinating execution through Taq and sourcing teams to create strong, long term pipelines of relevant candidates.
Accountabilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will use local TAQ plans to create, develop and implement a robust EBRM strategy for your region. You will provide advice and guidance to GTAQ Leaders to build attraction strategies for critical hiring needs. You will also lead a project team of in-country talent acquisition partners to deliver employer brand activities and initiatives and build regional communities. Additionally, you will monitor and measure the effectiveness of EB / recruitment marketing campaigns against key measures of success on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function in an Employer Brand/Talent Marketing role
- Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.
- Campaign execution and management experience
- Experience of working with external vendors
- Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer
- Experience of digital recruitment marketing strategies, including the use of social media in recruiting
- Experience of working in a global, complex organisation
- Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy / approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
