Introduction to role

The Omnichannel Associate Solution Owner plays an integral role in ensuring the delivery of our brand websites and the One AZ project. This person will be responsible for ensuring appropriate processes are followed by the site assembly team and ensuring that we deliver our website as per the business requirements with high quality. Furthermore, this role will also encompass the responsibility of participating in Product governance and ensuring all the requirements are available for the assembly team in terms of configuring new features. They will also lead the project for One AZ so that the sites are delivered in EUCAN & US with high quality.

Our business stakeholders have high expectations for quality and efficiency. As such, this person must be adept at managing multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities while ensuring quality and timely deliverables for our end customers.

Accountabilities

- Responsible for driving the OneAZ Product version/feature
- Implementation into market OneAZ Websites
- Participation in One AZ governance meeting
- Participation in training demos & performing component authoring of demoed component in lower environment
- Providing sign off to the training provided on behalf of operation team
- Be Point of contact for operation team for any queries in relation to technical component
- Provide proactive suggestion in terms of continuous improvement that needs to be done for authoring/site assembly.
- Ensuring time to time training of all Assembly team from Vendors.
- Excellent project management skills for coordinating & tracking brief deviations, customize implementation as well as plan execution of portal.
- Design & build various web components to ensure our website content & functionality is working as expected and work with various teams to ensure an auto-alert is sent to appropriate team members if in case of any issues/anomalies.
- Document any gap in standards or process for reference and to improve efficiency.
- Provide feedback to team members and contact with the team on a regular basis to resolve unresolved concerns.
- Actively participate in the monthly Governance meeting and provide the key highlights, challenges & opportunities in Web QA space.
- Review the content issues from the governance meetings/retrospective governance decks and set a checklist to prevent any future issues
- Actively drive and participate in Bi-weekly meeting to discuss any challenges with IT Team
- Review & sign off site hand documents and attend GO-NO-GO meetings.
- Work closely with the Dev team in the Hypercare period to ensure monitoring solutions are in place
- Work with developers, designers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Act as an SME, guiding the team in site assembly best practices and HCP Portal operations.
- Gather customer feedback from key team members to ensure satisfaction with the quality of Website content, metrics & data.
- Work with IT team to discover and improve testing methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and report issues related to site structure, various page performance behaviors, broken links, website optimization tags, and other technical aspects, before and after deployment.
- Monitor and report the issues related to accessibility compliance standards.
- Utilizing a combination of automation and manual QA 80/20 to ensure the implementation of the newly released product features into market OneAZ websites, following the OneAZ E2E Delivery Process.
- Ensuring alignment with the relevant Content Delivery Managers to ensure minimal BAU impact on the market websites by timing Product/Feature implementations with content updates.
- Owning the documentation of the feature implementation per market and updating to reflect latest status in excel/word format on a common SharePoint.
- Joining the OneAZ Program Incremental planning and providing market impact assessment feedback on new features/functionalities of the Product during the PI prioritization.

Essential Skills/Experience

- 8+ years of experience in web development and testing.
- Strong technical acumen and expertise in AEM, HTML5, CSS3 & JS
- Demonstrates and adheres to best practices for web accessibility WCAG 2.1
- High level of expertise in website governance & operation
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management, along with problem solving & decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and complex concepts and to tailor communications based on the audience.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet & similar project management tools
- Ability to govern and hold accountability for third party vendors & media partners.
- Prior experience in Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
