Job Summary
Develop testing approach and execute E2E testing by working closely with the website team, integration team, campaign operators, tagging team, Solution Owners, and project managers for Omnichannel campaigns, Website, Tealium implementations and in other omnichannel implementation tools.

Role and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the testing activities associated with digital assets and ensure that partners responsible for testing meet the AZ standards and guidelines.
- Testing SME is expected to bring consistency in testing the digital assets and that the process doesn’t vary by AOR and /or apps associated with the asset.
- Determine the creative and functional aspects that must be tested for every digital asset and ensure partners verify those aspects.
- Help develop, and review functional, end-to-end test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform E2E testing for the omnichannel campaign strategy.
- Being a Testing SME, you should be able to answer queries from stakeholders on testing and process level.
- Provide suggestions/inputs on the process improvement initiatives and or drive if needed.
- Automate the testing of user scenarios using any technology.
- Drive automation projects by suggesting the current redundancy process into automation space.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a testing role.
- Experience in creating test scripts.
- A high-performing individual with a proactive mindset willingly volunteers to participate in the testing process, recognizing the positive impact of newly introduced IT tools.
- Experience in SFDC / Tealium / SFMC or any other MAP tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders in multiple geographies.
- Effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional resources to deliver and market programs.
- Understanding Agile mode and Project mode to collaborate and work with the POD delivery team.
- Drive Continuous Process improvements and Process automation.
- Mindset to adopt the fast-changing environment as per the technology implementation to the different development teams.
- Ability to meet timely deadlines.
- Ability to ensure the Quality and SLA of the deliveries as per standards
Desirable Skills and experience
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Responsive web design or emails.
- Experience working with customers in multiple geographies.
- Experience in the pharma industry is an added advantage.
- Campaign Management and marketing is a plus.
- Experienced in understanding Omnichannel Journeys
- Function as a Subject matter Expertise for testing standpoint.
