Accountabilities:

As a Data Specialist, you will be part of our Enabling team that supports the delivery of life-changing medicines for patients by enabling the rest of the business to run effectively and harness our transformative science. You will be responsible for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a focus on NLP applications. You will work closely with engineering teams to design, deploy and operationalize models into production environments.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• 9 + years of experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.

• Solid Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, preferably in a business service organization with a focus on NLP applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R with experience in libraries and frameworks for NLP and GenAI.

• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.

• Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant Certifications such as Mathematics for Machine Learning and Data Science Specialization (deeplearning.ai), Machine Learning Specialization (deeplearning.ai), Associate Certified Analytics Professional or any two intermediate certificates from deeplearning.ai.
