Introduction to role:

Join our team as a Consultant - Chatbot and play a pivotal role in developing AI-based conversational applications using C#, Node.js, or Python on Azure or AWS Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate with various applications and knowledge sources. Build web applications and design UI/UX using modern front-end frameworks and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.

Accountabilities:

• Develop AI-based conversational applications using C#, Node.js, or Python on Azure or AWS Cloud.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automation platforms using various cognitive services (cloud or on-premise).
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate with different applications and knowledge sources such as Web/S3/Blob storage, databases, etc.
• Build web applications and design UI/UX using modern front-end frameworks and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge with programming languages such as Python, C#, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Understanding of AI/Chatbot/Generative AI ecosystem, including relevant tools and frameworks.
• Solid analytical skills, coupled with good communication skills.
• Agile and capable of swiftly adapting to new technologies and project demands.
• Ability to think creatively and "out of the box" to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Collaborative team player who values continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge with SQL, NoSQL.
• Understanding of API integrations, single sign-on (SSO), and token-based authentication.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and programming languages based on project requirements.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments in parallel.
• Familiarity with generative AI, cognitive services, and text analysis.
