Introduction to role:
Are you ready to lead the charge in developing global capabilities for traceability reporting? As an Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of aligning serialization legislation with global data standards and strategies. Dive into technical management, design, and implementation of solutions that support our global traceability strategy. You'll gather functional requirements, design systems, and ensure compliance with market legislation. Collaborate across internal and external functions, build central documentation, and lead training activities to embed global business processes. Accountabilities:
Support system and process troubleshooting with site personnel, consultants, and IT support.
Implement full lifecycle management to support validation of IT solutions.
Apply Lean capability framework and enforce to guidelines for structured problem solving.
Work collaboratively in a team environment spanning business and IT functions.
Develop compelling reasons for digital and automation solutions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Over 5 years of experience supporting Automation and IT technologies, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid understanding of serialization legislation and associated business processes.
Confirmed knowledge of supply chain operations, particularly in distribution processes and material track and trace.
Experience in setting up, facilitating, and detailing cross-functional process workshops.
Solid understanding of corporate IT systems for data management, integration, and warehousing within a supply chain context.
Broad and practical experience with computer systems validation (CSV) in supervised, GxP-compliant environments.
Effective communicator with a positive and confident approach in both written and verbal communication.
Skilled at simplifying sophisticated technical or operational topics for diverse collaborator groups.
Proven experience working in global environments, collaborating across time zones and cultural contexts.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Solid understanding of GS1 standards.
Experience with ATTP, ERP applications.
Experience with serialization at the packing level.
Networking experience including interfacing between IT systems both manufacturing and corporate.
Education to Degree or equivalent experience level within a relevant field such as Mechanical/Electronics/Automation/process control/Software Engineering.
Project management skills.
