Accountabilities:

As a Lead Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for working proactively with the business to understand future financial information needs and producing efficient solutions to meet these needs. You will assess the relevant input required to lead others during difficult decisions and negotiate and communicate effectively across teams and business units. You will also be actively involved in the review and development of short & long-term strategy in your area of accountability.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Successful business partnering experience

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including oral & written

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Successful track record of developing others and strong coaching skills

• Demonstrable knowledge of global and corporate business context

• Experience of financial management of service organisations, including recharging models

• Ability to apply governance, risk and compliance components

• IT or technology business experience

• Pharma or Life science experience
