Accountabilities:
As a GBS Business Support Team Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of BI reports/analysis that are in-service. You will assist in transitioning new reporting projects into service, ensuring that appropriate supporting material is in place. You will facilitate between IT and business teams for any technical issues facing services. You will also be involved in ad hoc activities or projects relating to the support of our services and developments to further automate services.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a Finance/Accountancy/Banking/ Technical IT discipline or equivalent.
Preferably candidate with working experience of 3-4 years in similar role/scope.
Good in spoken and written English. Other languages such as Japanese are a plus.
Independent, proactive, responsible and can also work well in a team.
Support call centre or similar customer-facing experience.
Possess knowledge or experience in Power BI, Smartsheet and SAP Analytics.
Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.
Fresh graduates who have the same background are welcome to apply.
Specific tools experience an advantage: SQL, MicroStrategy.
Well versed in software systems development, ideally in BI Reporting developments, with a good understanding of data structures.
SAP knowledge an advantage.
