Senior Manager, Patient Services Marketing
Office location:Alexionlocations: Boston, MA or New Haven, CT.

This position will drive thedevelopment,implementation,and day-to-daymanagement ofmarketingprojectsthat increase communityawareness ofavailablepatient supportandthePatient Services brand(OneSource)overall.We are looking fora passionate marketer whocan bringexpertisein digitalhealthcare trends andapplicable technology solutionsfor scalable marketing operations.Thiswill be an excellent opportunity to masterportfoliomarketing in afast-pacedgrowthenvironments.
You willbe responsible for:
Material development andmanagementofmarketingprojectsaiming to increaseawareness about available patient support(including, but not limited topromotional brochures and materials,website development,emailcampaigns,digital engagement, website development,promotionalbrochures, program forms,and communication support)
Leading channel strategy and development of Field/Patient Engagement tactics, including Email, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps,Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print
Developing and executing AI-driven marketing campaigns for patients
Using AI tools for customer segmentation and personalized marketing
SupportingtheMLRapproval of marketing materialsfor the OneSource brand
Working directly withcontractedagenciesto manage projects withinassignedbudgetsand timelines
Developing andmaintaininggood communicationand collaborationwithmany internal crossfunctional stakeholders
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degreein the Life Sciences or other relevant field
3-5+years of professional healthcare industry experienceand an understanding of marketing principles, including key principles of brand management,direct-to-consumerpromotion, and patient education
Proven success in leadingprint anddigital marketing strategies, includingSFMCEmail, Direct Mail, Websites, Mobile Apps,Social Media, SMS/MMS, SEM/SEO, and print
Provensuccessin data driven marketingand experience using AI toolsto develop contentefficiently (e.g. Jasper)
Experience supporting material through the PRC (MLR) review process
Proven ability working successfully in afast-pacedcross functionalenvironment with many stakeholdersthat havecompetinginterests
Comfort workingthroughuncertainty while managing multiple,competing,andfrequentlyshifting priorities
Working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance rules within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Ability to workwith external vendors during the SOW,PO, and project budget accrualprocesses
Strong knowledge of MS Office and abilityto create and edit documents using MicrosoftPowerPoint,Adobe,Excel, andWord
Abilityto present to internal and external stakeholders of 100+people
Ability to travel30% of time, includingoccasionalweekend travel
