This is what you will do:
The USgMG Marketing Intern is a valuable member of the commercial brand team and will play an important role in developing and driving strategy, tactics, and operational excellence. This individual will report to the Sr. Director, USgMGHCPMarketing. This individual will participate in material development, annual business plan creation, and assist in overall marketing execution.
You will be responsible for:
Supportingupdates,development and rollout ofofPatient/ DTCmarketing materials, digital and social media content
Generate marketing reports and output on cross-TA webinar series. Develop slides to showcaseperfomance against pre-determined KPIs
Assisting inmarketing functions including print inventory management, PRC approval, and other duties to be described
Providing support for the annual Brand Plan including tactical workshops, outputs, and slide development
Collaborate with with field sales team to support identification of best practices and to uncover needs/trends
Support development of field resource library
Collaborating with gMG Marketing team, cross-functional partners, creative and media agencies to deliver on the above
You will need to have:
Must be a current undergraduate student (sophomore or junior year)
Expressed interest in career in marketing or other commercial function
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate
Demonstrated leadership experience and/or successful experience operating in a team environment
The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; problem solve; engage in complex and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours
We would prefer for you to have:
Knowledge of marketing principles, including key principles of brand management
Experience or knowledge in secondary market research, ability to synthesize findings, and present recommendations
Ability to manage competing prioiritesand work independently when appropriate or in teams
High level of interpersonal skills and highly adept in both verbal & written communication
High level of proficiency in MS Office software including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Pursuing science or business undergraduatedegree
Strong analyticalskills
