Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics, Market Access

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making? Alexion's US Commercial organization is seeking an exceptional Director for Commercial Insights & Analytics in Market Access. This highly visible role will empower the US Strategic Accounts organization, driving success through strategic collaboration and innovative analytics.

Accountabilities:

• Leverage data to identify opportunities and threats, enhancing decision-making at Alexion.

• Define and track KPIs in collaboration with Market Access marketing.

• Provide actionable insights using claims data to inform leadership decisions.

• Guide the Market Access team in achieving organizational targets.

• Act as a central point of expertise, advising on key strategic questions.

• Support Commercial strategies with insights that drive growth.

• Develop business reviews highlighting performance and growth indicators.

Essential skills/experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Engineering, etc)

• .7+ years in Business or Financial Analytics

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence at all organizational levels

• Proficiency with data tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI

• Strong analytical skills and capability to manage multiple projects

• A desire for continuous learning and innovation

Desirable skills/experience:

• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline

• Experience in rare disease market analytics
