Medical Science Liaison – Rare Diseases (Temporary Contract)

What you’ll do
- Act as a customer-facing scientific medical liaison expert, collaborating with healthcare professionals to exchange scientific and clinical research data on our products within Rare Disease portfolio.
- Serve as a reliable source of information for HCP's, providing with knowledge about our therapeutic area and products, including the competition.
- Regularly meet with Key Opinion Leaders and influential groups to develop partnerships, share data and secure support, including publications.
- Engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals on clinical and scientific data related to our products, adhering to local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external authorities in the development of publications as a moderator and/or co-author.
- Moderate continuing medical education for healthcare professionals, ensuring their continuous professional development.
- Engage in the organization of medical events with external partners, including defining the need for events, identifying potential speakers, and coordinating logistics.
- Support or lead preparatory and prelaunch activities for new therapeutic areas, products, and departmental expansions.
- Attend scientific conferences and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
Essential for the role
- Education- in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Science fields.
- 2-3 years the pharmaceutical industry – understanding of Rare Disease and/or Oncology will be considered valuable.
- Preferably proved experience with MSL, KAM or Medical Representative role
- Ability to effectively communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-centric approach and people oriented approach
- Understanding of the commercial environment to think strategically.
- Strong motivation for learning and curiosity.
- Well-developed team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Bold mentality and creative thinking to drive impactful solutions.
- Excellent command of English and Serbian both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license.
