Associate Brand Manager – Respiratory & Immunology

Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with the Line Manager on the annual business plan and implementing the marketing strategy through agreed activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to understand market trends, customer needs, and continuously updating the customer base in your territory.
- Managing operational plans for products across major centers of the country, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficiency.
- Tracking product performance based on sales conditions and costs, addressing any deviations from targets with corrective actions monthly.
- Organizing and managing hospital presentations, mini-symposia, seminars, and other promotional events to engage stakeholders.
- Completing the agreed number of product-related visits per day and providing weekly updates to the Line Manager on activities and performance.
- Tracking hospital and pharmacy deliveries, promptly notifying management of any disruptions, stock shortages, or other delivery-related issues.
- Identifying, mapping, and developing key external stakeholders and KEEs, aligning with the business strategy.
- Building a network within the company, sharing relevant updates with management, and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
- Staying informed on AZ products, competitive offerings, and market trends, and improving selling skills in the respective therapeutic area.
- Performing all activities in accordance with the AZ Code of Ethics and relevant policies, including adhering to patient safety and product quality complaint reporting standards.
- Undertaking required training on the Code of Ethics, policies, and safety standards to ensure full compliance with AZ’s guidelines.
- Reporting all incidents, accidents (including traffic accidents), occupational diseases, and safety-related deviations to the Line Manager and SHE Coordinator.
- Contributing to planning and budgeting processes, managing costs effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Working with the Line Manager to define and achieve your personal development goals, focusing on continuous improvement and career growth.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- University degree, in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dental Medicine or Veterinary Medicine
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales representative
- One year of experience in marketing-related roles
- Proved experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Basic knowledge of medical aspects in the product domain is desirable
- Initiative and strategic influence in driving brand success.
