Project Manager, Operational Data Strategy

Accountabilities:
- Support the planning and execution of multiple projects within an Agile framework, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with Operational Data Strategy objectives.
- Assist in the coordination of sprint ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to maintain progress and team alignment.
- Prepare and deliver concise project updates and presentations for stakeholders and leadership, utilizing PowerPoint to effectively communicate progress and objectives.
- Use Atlassian Jira to track and monitor project progress, update backlogs, and communicate key milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- Maintain input into project budgets and resource allocation with guidance from senior team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by supporting Agile best practices.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are aligned with organizational priorities.
- Ensure user stories and tasks are well-defined based on requirements gathered in collaboration with the business analyst.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences (i.e. Pharmacy, Biomedicine) or related field
- Some experience managing projects in an Agile environment or supporting Agile project teams.
- Basic understanding of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira) and Agile project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create clear and visually engaging presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Master’s degree in project management, business management or similar
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, or entry-level project management certifications such as CAPM).
- Familiarity with budget and resource planning.
- Background or interest in data-driven decision-making within health-related fields.
- Exposure or experience in consulting or in a pharmaceutical industry.
