This is what you will do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives and special projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, exceptional change management abilities, and a proven track record in program management. This role will focus on leading the transformation of AI and other emerging technologies within the company. You should have a deep understanding of AI and its applications, along with a proven track record of driving transformative change in this area.

This candidate should be able to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency, and develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap. The candidate should exhibit a forward-thinking approach, aligning emerging technologies and AI initiatives with the organization's overarching goals and anticipating future market trends.

The individual must be an exceptionally strong collaborator, who will work to become a trusted partner to business and IT colleagues by providing critical thinking with tactical execution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformational change within the organization.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for innovation and growth, aligning these opportunities with the company's overall strategic goals.
  • Take charge of special projects, which may include pilot programs, cross-functional collaborations, or strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and facilitate the change management activities related to the IT transformation program to ensure successful adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision for change and to mitigate resistance.
  • Oversee the execution of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the IT transformation program and escalate them as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain robust program governance and reporting structures to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
  • Drive the transformation of AI and other emerging technologies within the organization, identifying opportunities to leverage these technologies for competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and other technologies into business processes and operations.
  • Drive the development and implementation of AI-related policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a transformational leadership role, with a focus on strategy and special projects.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in program management, including the successful delivery of complex initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, along with a track record of driving transformational change within an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timeline.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application to AI initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multi-functional matrix organization.

We would prefer for you to have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications in IT transformation, project management, change management, and AI are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and innovation.
  • A track record of fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within an organization.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
