Accountabilities

- Lead the product management lifecycle for strategic IT solutions within the Operations SET area, focusing on digital transformation and sustainability.
- Drive the delivery of digital products supporting core operational processes across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and sustainability.
- Partner closely with Data & AI (D&AI), IT Capabilities, and business teams to shape and deliver data products and knowledge graphs aligned with strategic priorities.
- Translate data strategy into actionable roadmaps and manage product delivery in alignment with enterprise data goals.
- Collaborate with other product managers and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and effectively manage expectations.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and data products to inform product strategies and performance tracking.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to integrate digital and data products across platforms and teams.
- Maintain a clear focus on user-centric design, business outcomes, and scalable, sustainable technology solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Proven experience in IT product management, preferably in operations or digital transformation environments.
- Strong background in data strategy, data product delivery, and collaboration with data science or D&AI teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams across business and IT.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and manage multiple product initiatives in parallel.
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, modern data platforms, and data governance is a strong plus.
