Introduction to role

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the field of oncology? As an Oncology National Sales Manager, you will directly supervise groups of Medical Information Delegates, ensuring the achievement of sales results across a specific territory. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medicines.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the District Team to achieve or surpass the established sales forecasts and visit targets.
  • Work with medical information delegates to set appropriate and ambitious objectives for each territory.
  • Proactively anticipate and find ways to overcome obstacles that might compromise results.
  • Evaluate individual and team progress toward objectives and provide training to achieve improvements.
  • Develop the skills of medical information delegates so they can advance in their careers (including future District Manager roles).
  • Comply with all regulations related to interactions with healthcare professionals, sample distribution, etc.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated abilities in leadership, financial management, and aptitude for written and oral communication.
  • Native/Fluent in Portuguese

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Previous management experience, in a similar role.
  • Prior contact with and/or experience in other functional areas of the business, such as Sales Training, Operations, Brand Teams, and Markets.
