Accountabilities: As an Assistant Health Insurances, you will be primarily responsible for checking and processing invoices received from insurance companies. In addition, you will assist with various administrative and support tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of the Oncology team. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are diligent, proactive, and committed to delivering quality support. The ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks is vital.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Languages: Proficient speaking and written communication in English and German
Industry experience: Pharmaceutical or Insurance companies
Administrative Experience: Relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector or insurance.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Data Management: Proficient in managing data and using applications like Excel for basic data handling tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great Teammate: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues and support the team’s objectives.
