This role provides support to the following areas within Medical Organization:

1.Develop, improve and enforce business processes

2.Lead Strategic Projects/activities for Medical Advisor and MSL Excellence – Take lead and deliver  MA and MSL Excellence initiatives aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and priorities

3.Medical Advisor and MSL Capabilities Enhancement – Partner with TA Medical Directors and Leaders to develop MA/MSL development strategies and plans to uplift capabilities

4.Perform Industry Benchmarking and Competitive Intelligence Monitor and analyze industry trends to provide MA and MSL functional insight, guidance and best practices

Working experience

Essential     必 需

1.At least 5-8 years of experience working in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry with at least two years related medical affairs experience.

2.Possesses Scientific/Medical knowledge and technical skills involved in executing core MA/MSL activities

3.Ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be able to identify and analyze the needs of the business and translate problems into business opportunities.

4.Experience and proven success in leading cross functional teams

5.Proficient in oral and written communication (English)
