■ 職務内容 / Job Description

<部門として目指している事>

医薬品の研究開発におけるDocumentation(Medical Writing)の仕組みを変える。特にDigital toolの活用を通して、少しでも早く・効率的に、患者さんに新薬を届けることができるようなMedical Writingの仕組みを導入することを最重要課題の一つと捉えている。

Description:

  • Responsible for promoting the use of technology in the medical writing (including translation) process as Business Lead.

  • Business Leadとして、Medical Writingプロセス(翻訳含む)におけるTechnology活用の推進を担う。

  • Responsible for optimal use of digital tool for medical writing

  • メディカルライティングのためのデジタルツールの最適化を担う

Accountability/Responsibility:

  • Change Management with Business Process Owner業務プロセスのオーナーと協力した変革のマネジメント

    • Contribute to analysis and planning before project activity

    • プロジェクト活動に先だった分析や計画への貢献

    • Contribute to maintenance phase after project activity

    • プロジェクト活動後の維持フェーズへの貢献

  • Business Analysisビジネスアナリシス

    • Explore cutting-edge digital solutions for documentation

    • 文書作成における最先端の技術の調査

    • Identify business improvement opportunity for medical writing, Analyze requirements, Define Requirements, Design Definition, Design To-Be business process with new solution, and UAT coordination, via communication with business partners (inc. global counterpart) / vendors

    • ビジネスパートナー(グローバルカウンターパートを含む) / ベンダーとのコミュニケーションを介した、メディカルライティングの業務改善機会の特定、要件分析、要件の定義、設計定義、新しいソリューションによるビジネスプロセスの設計、UAT調整

    • Lead Solution Evaluation

    • ソリューションの評価のリード

  • Project Management プロジェクトマネジメント

    • Build Business case, Build Project Charter, Analyze Stakeholder, Manage a project team, Lead project meetings

    • ビジネスケースの作成、プロジェクトチャーター作成、ステークホルダー分析、プロジェクトチームの運営、プロジェクト会議のとりまとめ

Requirements incl. preferred:

  • Good knowledge of medical writing business process / IT solutions.

  • Good experience of system implementation/enhancement as a business analyst or a business SME.

  • Good experience in leading system implementation project with global team.

  • Experience in leading R&D solution deployment to enable business performance enhancement.

  • Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors

  • Strong engagement with stake holders and proactive communication & actions for our business

  • Strong commitment

  • Good presentation skill

  • Communication skill

  • Project management skill

  • GxP knowledge

  • Business Level English & Japanese

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience of working for a pharmaceutical company

Reporting Relationship:

  • Report to Director of Medical Communications Science Department
