What you'll do:

  • You'll be responsible for the delivery of the regional sales volume and market share objective

  • Accountable for performance development of the team through virtual and face to face coaching

  • Work with the Regional Business Director to define optimal resource mix across the region to ensure delivery of business goals

  • Operational Excellence of the implementation of the Regional and LHE account plans

  • Support the development of regional access

  • Increase patient uptake of AZ brands through effective stakeholder management and selling

  • Support the implementation of agreed NHS partnerships and programs to ensure impact for AZ and healthcare system

Essential skills and experience:

  • Business qualification or educated to degree level

  • ABPI qualified

  • Full driving licence

  • Experience of working in the NHS or a pharmaceutical industry role

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing people

  • Excellent selling and influencing skills

  • Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results

Desirable:

  • Scientific qualification

  • Wellards NHS diploma
