Innovation and AI Strategy Graduate Intern

We are looking for Master’s (non-MBA) and PharmD students majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field for a 10-week internship role in Boston, MA (Seaport) from June 1 2026 to August 7 2026.

Position Duties:

• Identify high impact problems within a business function such as research & development, medical affairs, product launches, and commercial strategy like new channels and product differentiation.
• Scanning environment for innovation trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Create a Rapid prototypes in collaboration with a growing team.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s (non-MBA) and PharmD students majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
• This role will not be providing CPT support.
• Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
• Experience with Figma and other Rapid Prototyping tools, knowledge of multi-purpose AI Tools, and experience with Design Thinking required
• Knowledge of Pharma Domain and/or experience in the Pharma industry is a plus
• Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

• Ability to report onsite to Boston, MA (Seaport) 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
• Compensation range: $41.50 - $48/hr
